Another good question! This depends on your business. We work with all of our clients on a monthly or more basis. That means we’ll connect at least once a month to talk about your business’ bookkeeping and finances.
Our work is performed on a monthly or more basis, and our contracts reflect that. If you decide that we’re not the best fit, you’re not tied down by the contract, we just ask for a thirty day heads up!
At the end of our time working together, your bookkeeping file and all of your data will be handed to you so you have complete control over it, and we no longer have access to it.
Generally, from the time we hear from you, it takes a week to be onboarded. If needed, we are able to make special priorities for businesses that need to pay their employees on short notice!
We work with most major cloud-based accounting platforms, although most of our work is done on QuickBooks Online (EasyStart, Essentials, or Plus) because it is the industry standard across Canada.
To get started, we’ll invoice in blocks of ten hours of services. Once we have a sense of how long it will take to complete the workload on a monthly basis, we’ll transition our services and pricing to be a monthly flat rate.
